Accessibility Statement
This statement was last updated on June 5, 2025.
At Halcro Business Services, I’m committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including individuals with disabilities. I am continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility standards.
What web accessibility is
An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.
Accessibility adjustments on this site
I strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards to ensure my site is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all users. My goal is to provide a positive experience for all visitors, whether they use assistive technologies like screen readers, voice navigation, or keyboard-only browsing.
While I continue to improve accessibility, I recognize that some areas of the website may still need adjustments. If you encounter any barriers or have trouble accessing information, please let me know so I can help and work toward a solution.
This site's contents have been adapted to work with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard use. As part of this effort, we have also:
-
Used the Accessibility Wizard to find and fix potential accessibility issues
-
Set the language of the site
-
Set the content order of the site’s pages
-
Defined clear heading structures on all of the site’s pages
-
Added alternative text to images
-
Reduced the use of motion on the site
-
Ensured all videos, audio, and files on the site are accessible
Accessibility arrangements at Halcro Business Services
Halcro Business Services operates virtually and does not maintain a public in-person office. However, I strive to provide inclusive services for all individuals.
For clients located within a 45-mile radius, I offer in-person site visits by appointment. These meetings are arranged at a mutually agreed-upon accessible location. I will always do my best to accommodate mobility and communication needs, including meeting at wheelchair-accessible venues when requested.
Additionally, I provide a wide range of flexible communication options to ensure everyone can access my services. This includes:
-
Virtual appointments via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams
-
Phone consultations
-
Email communication
-
Text messaging for quick updates or follow-ups
If you require specific accommodations for an in-person or virtual appointment, please contact me in advance. I am committed to ensuring that all clients can access the services and support they need.
