We understand that you may not have the time to work on talent acquisition, training, onboarding, writing policies, procedures, or maintaining an HR portal to keep track of your employees. We are here to assist in these functions. We can help write job descriptions, curate policies, advertising and finding top talent, and can even help in onboarding and training your new employee. 

Packages

Acquisition Package

Finding top talent for your company, creating job descriptions, setting up hiring packages, researching salary ranges, advertising, interviewing, reference checks, background investigation, negotiating offering packages or contracts, and onboarding. We will assist in the set up of an HR information systems for record employee data to stay in compliance with record retention.

Onboarding Package

After the initial hiring we can stick around and assist your company with onboarding your new employees and setting up the HR information system. We research pay, set up payroll taxes, set up payroll in your preferred software, looking into vacation and sick time with policies, making sure to store important data, initiate job evaluation systems and prepare for employee follow-up at the 30 day mark as well as the 90 day employee evaluation.

 

Maintenance Package

Are you looking for continued support in your human resources department? We are willing to work on an hourly basis instead of a retainer. We can assist in creating policies, working procedures, benefit research, negotiation, and administration, developing reward and recognition programs, continued research of salary and salary structures, salary surveys, creating organizational charts, and staying in compliance with end of the year forms. 

Currently these packages are billed at an hourly rate of $35 per hour. We would love the opportunity to schedule a consultation to go over you needs.
